You will be asked to submit the following during the registration process:
High-resolution professional headshot (200x200 JPEG or PNG, no larger than 2 MB).
A short bio, in paragraph style, not to exceed 250 words.
Read and agree to the Consent to Speaker Video Release.
Hotel Accommodations
A discounted block of hotel rooms at the Omni Shoreham has been secured for conference attendees. The discounted nightly room rate is $276, plus tax. Rates are available until February 17, 2026, or until the block sells out - whichever comes first.
