Yes, you’ll need to fill out our registration form to gain access to the event. Please fill in the registration form with some basic information to get started.

Yes, this event is completely free to attend, but space is limited - we recommend registering early to secure your spot.

Yes, CE credits will be available for sessions. Details on eligible sessions and how to claim your credit will be posted on the CE Information page when available. 

Yes! We welcome abstract submissions for oral presentations and posters. Please visit the Abstracts page for submission guidelines and deadlines.

To be considered for an oral presentation, submit your abstract by 11:59 PM, November 14, 2025.

To be considered for a poster, submit your abstract by 11:59 PM, January 15, 2026.

Oral presentation acceptances will be sent out in mid-December 2025.

Poster acceptances will be sent out by the first week of February 2026.

Yes, a limited number of discounted rooms have been reserved at the Omni Shoreham Hotel for conference attendees. Booking information, rates, and the reservation deadline will be shared in your registration confirmation email and are posted on the Logistics page.
